These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aidkit, a ticketing and support platform operated from Germany. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Aidkit provides a ticketing system for IT support teams, enabling organizations to manage and prioritize support requests, assign tickets to team members, and track progress. Our platform includes features such as one-tap video and screenshot capture for end users, ticket management, and team collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
To use Aidkit, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Aidkit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit through Aidkit, including support tickets, screenshots, videos, and attachments. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Subscription and Payment
Aidkit offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan
- Provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date
- Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
Aidkit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aidkit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Aidkit. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Aidkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim
These limitations do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including German consumer protection laws where applicable.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aidkit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For EU consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aidkit regarding the use of our service, superseding any prior agreements.
